The service
WorthPeer finds products from a description, a photo or a link and shows offers from online stores. We do not sell products and are not a party to your purchase: the order, delivery, warranty and returns are between you and the store, under its conditions.
Account and use
You need a valid email address to create an account, and you must be at least 18, or have a parent's consent, to buy a plan. Keep access to your account to yourself. Use only links and images you are entitled to use, and do not use the service for automated mass queries, to get around limits or free trials, or for unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
Free searches, plans and credits
Every account gets a limited number of free searches each month. Paid plans renew at the price and frequency shown before payment until you cancel; you can cancel at any time from the Account page and keep access until the end of the paid period. Separately purchased search credits do not expire. A search that fails is not counted against your allowance. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Free trial and abuse prevention
Deleting the account does not reset the free trial: a pseudonymous usage counter stays for 12 months.
Withdrawal and refunds
As a consumer you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase by telling us. If you asked for immediate access at checkout and used the service, you pay only an amount proportionate to the service already provided and we refund the rest. Duplicate or mistaken charges and service not provided are always refunded within 14 days of the request.
Results and liability
Prices, shipping and availability are those observed when the search ran and can change; the store's page is what counts. We work to find the right product but cannot guarantee identity, quality, availability or the lowest price. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months; this does not limit liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor your statutory consumer rights.
Intellectual property and affiliate links
The WorthPeer name, interface and software belong to the operator. Product names, images and trademarks belong to their owners and are shown only to identify offers. No affiliate programme is active today; if one is enabled, links will be marked and commissions will never affect the order of results.
Changes and governing law
Last updated: 15 October 2026. We will announce material changes in advance by email; if you do not accept them you can cancel before they take effect. These terms are governed by Italian law, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections of their country of residence. For any dispute the court of the consumer's place of residence has jurisdiction.
